On November 26, the final round of the 2025 DSA International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held at the Parisian Hotel in Macau. Co-organized by the RDSA Industry Alliance and the Macau Industrial Technology Research Institute, the competition was conducted under the guidance of the Macau Economic and Technological Development Bureau (ETDB), with funding from the Macau Industrial and Commercial Development Fund (MICDF), and with the core theme of “Extreme Creation・Borderless・Symbiosis”.
Focusing on DSA, the competition aims to explore new technologies, innovative algorithms and advanced architectures, and to promote the prosperity of DSA ecosystem and industrialized application. The competition attracted more than 100 high-quality entries from all over the world, and after several rounds of rigorous screening, 20 outstanding entries were selected to advance to the final round.

Storage DSA: Flash Storage Accelerator Framework based on NVMeoF
The core solution demonstrated by Resnics is a complete NVMeoF acceleration framework based on a self-developed high-speed RDMA engine. This framework enables full-link hardware acceleration: on the initiator side, virtualization acceleration, tenant data exchange abstraction, network flow control, and offloading of the full hardware storage network stack; on the target side, it builds a full hardware data channel for network storage, and then passes through to the NVMe SSDs to achieve high-efficiency acceleration.
The solution supports shared pooling of local flash memory across network clusters and is compatible with distributed EBOF models for flexible expansion of flash memory resources. At the same time, IceChip also introduces the independently developed Stargate-S1100 storage accelerator card and demonstrates its high-performance test results, fully reflecting the value of the technology on the ground.
