About the Council of Shanghai Informatization
Shanghai Informatization Council is an informatization exchange platform based on Shanghai Economic and Informatization Development Research Center (SEDRC), which integrates the government, enterprises, and research institutes. The Council was founded in 2012, and so far, it has more than 200 governing units.
