Shanghai Institute of Electronics (SHANGHAI INSTITUTE OF ELECTRONICS, abbreviated SHIE) was founded in September 1961, the competent unit for the Shanghai Municipal Association of Science and Technology, is the academic mass organization of electronic science and technology workers in Shanghai.
