上海交通大学自动控制系学士，美国密西根理工电机系硕士，拥有30+年半导体设计开发经验，是 Interlaken、NVMe over Ethernet 协议发明人，开发了业内第一颗 Open Channel SSD 芯片，拥有 20 多项存储控制器专利。
