On July 27th, the 2024 DPU & AI Networking Innovation Conference with the theme of “Smart Driving Network, Core Moving Future” concluded perfectly in Beijing. In order to recognize the outstanding achievements in DPU technology innovation, the 2024 DPU & AI Networking Awards judging panel went through a rigorous evaluation and screening process, and Resnics Technology stood out with its superb innovation ability in the field of DPU & AI chips, and was awarded both the “Industry Pilot Award” in the brand category and the “Innovation Engine Award” in the technology category.

At the summit, Mr. Jie Tang, VP of Solutions at Resnics Technology, delivered a speech on “AI Scale-Up Networking”. Mr. Tang said that the growing demand for GPU memory for large models has led to the need to consider Scale-up solutions alongside GPU Scale-out networks. Based on its accumulated experience in AI networking, Resnicshas proposed StarLink, a high-bandwidth interconnection solution between multiple GPUs within a GPU server. StarLink is based on FLIT over Ethernet, which realizes a low-latency, high-bandwidth communication protocol, and accesses the AI computing framework through the plug-in form of xCCL.
